While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all pricing information displayed on our website, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or refuse to process orders placed for items with incorrect pricing, even if the order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. If your payment method has already been charged, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Once payment has reflected in our bank account we dispatch immediately. Rule of thumb is that all orders paid and reflected on our side before 14h00 will be dispatched that very same day.
Once we are done with the admin, picking and packing, the client will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier website so they are able to track the order all the way through. We only make use of RAM couriers.
Return Policy
Warranty Returns: Same as above, if something happens within the 30 day time period we go and collect the item from the client and get the client sorted out. After the 30 day period our clients need to complete the warranty form, print it out and send it back to us with the faulty unit and its accessories. Once the parcel arrives at our warehouse we evaluate the flashlight and do fault finding. This is usually a 2 weeks turnaround time to get it sorted. If the client flashlight is still under warranty 1 year, 2 year, 3 years or 5 years depending on the brand the bought, if we can’t repair it locally we replace it, if that unit has been discontinued or out of stock we make a few offers to our clients (Refund, Replace with the latest model of that flashlights range) If the flashlight is out of warranty we still try our best to support our clients as they invested in our company in the first place. The client can still send in their flashlight for repairs, if we cannot repair the flashlight we offer them a tradein so they will be able to purchase a new flashlight to replace the old one. This can however only be offered if the unit is well looked after and not abused and misused.
Out of Box failures: If the flashlight fail within 30 days of the purchase we send our couriers to collect the faulty unit, and sent a new unit directly to the clients, if we do not have stock of that item anymore we will offer the client 1 of 2 options a refund for the faulty unit or a replacement of a similar flashlight model.
I changed my mind: In this case our client is responsible for sending the items back to us for an exchange of full refund. For us to approve the exchange of refund the item must still be sealed in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
